Aiden Bishop wakes up by a large house he doesn’t recognise, in a body he doesn’t know and no memory of who he is or how he got there. This is just the start of a brilliant five-hundred page book. There are plenty of twists and turns that will keep you guessing. Aiden must answer the question of who killed Evelyn Hardcastle by the end of the eighth day or he will be trapped to repeat it. He is not alone as there are others who are trying to stop him. This book is all about body jumping and time loops involving all the guests at a manor house.
‘The Cornish Cream Tea Bus’ by Cressida McLaughlin
‘The Cornish Cream Tea Bus’ is a lovely book with a nice homey feeling to it. A quick read, it gives the reader a break from life. Dealing with grief, Charlie is given a tour bus and tries to be successful in making it a bus selling cream teas in a small village.
Its a great story on the determination of one person trying to run a business against the negativity of others. Its a tale of grief, love, friendship and believing in yourself no matter the odds.
Welcome
Welcome to my blog. In this blog I will be doing book reviews of a wide range of genres.
My First Blog Post
I will try and do a new book review each month.
A Bit About Me
I am a big bookworm and enjoy a wide range of books. I have over 1000 books at home and would like to do reviews to show the books I have enjoyed or that have had an effect on me.
With the reviews I will also be looking at the central themes within the books.
